every piece is made to order in small batches. orders ship within 1–5 business days. once it goes out, you'll get a tracking email. please note the post office is closed on Sunday and has limited hours on Saturday.

yes!! each piece is hand made, so colors, beads, and tiny details vary slightly from photo to piece. that's the charm — yours is yours, there's nothing else like it!

wrap a soft tape measure (or a piece of string + a ruler) around your wrist or neck where you'd wear the jewelry. add about half an inch of breathing room. length of our jewelry will be listed in the product description.

your jewelry can't swim — keep it dry! remove before showers or swimming. avoid contact between your beads and lotion, perfume, or sunscreen. store flat while not using.

we use a variety of materials in our jewelry! all of our jewelry is held together with nylon coated wire or fabric elastic. our beads are purchased from small businesses, typically consisting of Peruvian ceramic, Czech glass, freshwater pearls, and acrylic beads.

because everything is handmade, all sales are final. that said, if your piece arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right. the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. original shipping costs are non-refundable. after a return is inspected, a refund will be issued in 3-14 business days unless otherwise stated. please note that exchanges are accepted for damaged or defective items ONLY. photos of damage or defect must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. (all photos can be sent to: dietsodadesigns@aol.com) a replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost to the buyer once the issue is identified. please be aware that replacement items may differ slightly due to supply availability, but every attempt will be made to replicate the original item.
